Job Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Worker, your main duties will include:
- Operating an EPT (Electric Pallet Truck) to navigate the warehouse.
- Using the Voice Pick system (in English or Dutch) to select orders.
- Picking items from designated locations and placing them on trolleys.
- Working in a cold environment (-20°C).
You may also be assigned to:
- Work in the frozen goods or fresh goods sections.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Languages: English or Dutch proficiency (A2 level or higher).
- Height: Minimum 165 cm to safely reach all products.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
- Driving License: Preferred, especially if you may be asked to drive company cars.
- Experience: Warehouse and EPT experience are a plus.
- Mindset: Flexibility is essential.
Working Hours
You will work in shifts:
- Monday-Friday:
- 05:30 – 14:30
- 14:45 – 23:30
- Saturday:
- 05:30 – 13:30
- 13:45 – 21:45
Compensation
- Base Salary: €14.56 gross/hour (for employees aged 21+).
- Cold Allowance: +€8% for working in the cold environment
