About the Role
The work takes place at Rhenus Logistics in Son & Breugel (Eindhoven), where we operate across two nearby sites. Rhenus collaborates with a variety of clients, including industries such as:
- Medical Equipment (e.g., Philips).
- Textbook Publishing.
- Pharmaceutical Products for Animals.
- Toys and Fitness Equipment.
Position Details
Role:
- Order Picker: Picking products in a normal temperature environment.
- Reach Truck Driver: Operating reach trucks for material handling.
Responsibilities:
- Navigate the warehouse using a trolley or Electric Pallet Truck (EPT).
- Use a handheld scanner to locate and pick products.
- Place picked products on trolleys for further processing.
- Collaborate with other departments when needed, such as packing or loading/unloading.
Working Conditions
- Shifts:
- Monday to Friday:
- Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00
- Day shift: 08:00 – 17:00
- Salary:
- Order Picker/Packer: €14.25 gross/hour.
- Reach Truck Driver: €14.85 gross/hour.
- Overtime Allowance:
- 130% for overtime hours.
What We’re Looking For
- Language Skills: English level A2 or higher (required for handheld scanner use).
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is necessary; EPT operation experience is a plus.
- For the reachtruck position the certificate is mandatory
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in different departments based on workload needs.
- Driving License: Required for select roles, based on team requirements.
