Position: CNC Operator
Key Responsibilities:
As a CNC Operator, you will work with CNC milling machines to process aluminum castings for the automotive industry. This includes handling large components for brands like DAF (engine heads), Mercedes, and Jaguar. While programming is not required, prior experience with CNC machines is essential.
Your tasks will include:
- Setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
- Performing a visual inspection of machined components.
- Conducting leak tests.
- Assembling additional parts onto castings.
- Washing the parts to ensure cleanliness.
- Measuring components using calipers.
- Conducting quality control checks.
- Preparing components for transport.
The role involves working in three shifts.
