Hand Welder:
- Skill Level: Level 1 to 2
- Ability to Read Drawings (American Projection)
- Independent Working
- Time Management
Responsibilities:
- 90% of welding tasks involve working with molds
- Assemble molds and select the correct mold for the product
- Bound to the position of the mold
- Grinding, including grinding visible parts to ensure no grinding marks are visible after powder coating
- Handling small series production
- Over 400 different parts
Frame Welder:
- Skill Level: Level 2 to 3
- Ability to Read Drawings (Basic Knowledge Sufficient) (American Projection)
- Independent Working
- Time Management
Responsibilities:
- Welding tasks involve working both in and out of molds
- Assembly of complete frames
- 80% of tasks are completed by robots
- Refurbishing and delivering frames after robot welding
- Grinding, including grinding visible parts to ensure no grinding marks are visible after powder coating
- Working on 10 different frames (Training period varies per frame, ranging from 2 to 6 weeks)
Robot Welder:
- Skill Level: Level 1
- Ability to Read Drawings (Basic Knowledge Sufficient) (American Projection)
- Independent Working
- Time Management
Responsibilities:
- All welding tasks are performed in molds
- Selecting the correct mold for each component
- Clamping products in the mold
- Finishing parts after welding and refurbishing if necessary
- Handling over 300 different parts
- Handling small series production
- Grinding, including grinding visible parts to ensure no grinding marks are visible after powder coating
- Programming parts (performed by an experienced operator, requiring experience/education)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in robot welding and programming
- Experience with various types of welding robots: Fanuc Welding Robot with control/software from Rolan Robotics, DR-4200L Welding Robot with control/software from Rolan Robotics
