Cleaning Technician – Bostik Oosterhout

At Bostik Oosterhout, we are a leading manufacturer in the production of high-quality adhesives and sealants. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cleaning Technicians. This role involves the crucial task of cleaning the residue left in containers used for mixing and filling adhesive products. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency within our facility.

• Position: Cleaning Technician
• Location: Bostik Oosterhout, Netherlands
• Shifts: 2 shifts: 06:00-14:30 / 14:30-23:00
• Salary: €15.14 per hour
• (Including 4.4% ADV allowance: €15.81 per hour
• Plus 14% shift allowance: €18.02 per hour)

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning residue from mixing containers and equipment using cleaning agents.
• Operating in a wet and dirty environment to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Climbing into containers to thoroughly clean hard-to-reach areas.
• Maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in a demanding environment.
• Willingness to work in wet, dirty, and occasionally unpleasant conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in industrial cleaning or manufacturing environments, is preferred but not required.
